We are professional licensed massage therapist and  Instructors of Massage Therapy and Shiatsu at local Massage Therapy schools in New Jersey.  We can lecture and/or assist you with setting up an educational program and materials for any venue regarding, health related conditions, local treatments as well as self care techniques for your overall wellness program.

    At Zenza Spa & Massage Group, we want to make you feel great.  Massage feels good, and research shows it reduces heart rate, improves circulation of blood and movement of lymph fluids, decreases blood pressure, improves sleep habits and mental clarity, improves digestion as well as strengthens the immune system. Additionally, a therapeutic massage can result in faster healing from injuries and soothe aches and pains from tired overworked muscles.Our goal as massage therapists is to assist in decreasing muscle tension and stiffness, while increasing joint flexibility, mobility and range of motion.

Directions

Getting to our studio is easy!  We are located at 240 Grand Avenue  in Englewood, New Jersey, just minutes from the George Washington Bridge.  Here are some driving directions you may find useful:

From Route 4:  Take Englewood/Grand Ave. Exit. 

From NJ Turnpike:  Take exit 71 toward Englewood.  Turn left at Van Nostrand Ave.  Turn right at Grand Ave.
